Ingredients
- 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6-8 wedges
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
- 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 8 sliced cooked and crumbled bacon
