Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter pecan syrup or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large sweet potato, cut into bit size pieces
- 1/2 pound brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 1 pound pecans
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400ยบ.

Step 2:
Combine oil, syrup, thyme and salt.

Step 3:
Toss in potatoes and brussels sprouts.

Step 4:
Place on a shallow pan and roast about 20 minutes.

Step 5:
Toss in pecans, and drizzle with a little more syrup if desired.
