- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle cubes
- 4 tablespoons pickle juice
- 4 tablespoons diced pimiento
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
