Ingredients
- 1 box wild rice with season packet (6-ounce)
- 1 can Chicken broth (14-ounce)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey (or chicken if desired)
Directions

Step 1:
Cook rice according to package directions substituting broth for water

Step 2:
In a large pan, sauté celery, onions and pecans in olive oil until celery is crisp tender.

Stir in rice and turkey until well combined.
