Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup water
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 ½ Tbsp fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
