Ingredients
- 1 kale bunch (washed well, destemmed and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon pecan or olive oil
- 3 slices thick-cut bacon (chopped)
- 1 Vidalia Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup apple cider
- Salt & pepper
Directions

Step 1:
Heat pecan oil in skillet.

Step 2:
Add bacon and cook until crisp, then add onion and cook until wilted.

Step 3:
Add kale, apple cider, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.

Step 4:
Cover and cook 5-10 minutes, until soft and color changes. Serves 4-6.
