Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion sliced
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 garlic powder
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a loaf pan.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne pepper.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter, stir in cheeses and green onion.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until foamy, add buttermilk and sugar.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened, do not over mix.

Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick out clean.

Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
