Ingredients
- 1 flatbread crust
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Optional (olive oil, oregano, crushed red pepper)
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425 F.

Step 2:
Evenly top the flatbread with mozzarella and tomato slices.

Step 3:
Bake for 8 – 9 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Step 4:
Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil.

Step 5:
Optional: drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and crushed red pepper if desired.
