Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 peaches, chopped
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions

Step 1:
Cook bacon, crumble and set aside, reserve 1 tablespoon bacon grease.

Step 2:
Sautéed onion, and brussel sprouts until slightly brown.

Step 3:
Stir in salt, pepper, bacon, peaches, and maple syrup, stir until peaches are heated through, stir in lemon juice.

Step 4:
Serve hot.
