Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.

  • Step 2:

    Bring mixture to a light, gentle boil.

  • Step 3:

    Reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened. (Add a little more water if it becomes too thick).

  • Step 4:

    Keep warm until ready to serve.
