Ingredients
- 2 large Vidalia Onions (about a pound), halved
- 5-6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- Pepper to taste
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Generously butter a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Slice halved onions and place in baking pan.

Step 4:
Combine remaining ingredients and gently spread over onions.

Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.

For a browner top, broil briefly.

Serve with your favorite cut of meat.
