Ingredients
- 4-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 2 teaspoons grease reserved
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 1/2 cups slightly cooked green beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-4 ounce can sliced mushrooms
Directions

Step 1:
Sautéed onions is bacon grease.

Step 2:
Over low heat combine beans, mushrooms, crumbled bacon and cheese.

Step 3:
Stir constantly to prevent burning.

Serve immediately or place in a casserole dish and reheat when ready to serve.
