Ingredients
- 8 ounces sugar snap peas, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped peaches
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4-1/2 cup whole mint leaves
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
