Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped fresh Georgia Peaches
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (15-ounce) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions

Step 1:
In large bowl, combine peaches and vegetables.

Step 2:
Stir in cilantro and cumin.

Step 3:
Combine lime juice and olive oil, pour over fruit mixture and gently stir.

Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
