Watermelon Vidalia Onion Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 cups cubed Georgia Watermelon
  • 1 cup thinly sliced Vidalia Onion
  • 1 cup chopped basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Combine all ingredients and toss. Serve immediately. Makes about 6 servings.
