Ingredients
- 7 cups cubed Georgia Watermelon
- 1 cup thinly sliced Vidalia Onion
- 1 cup chopped basil leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
