Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup chopped Georgia pecans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400ยบ.

Step 2:
Coat a shallow baking pan with olive oil. Stir in potatoes, pecans, pepper flakes and salt. Mix until the potatoes are well coated.

Step 3:
Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Stir halfway through cooking to make sure the potatoes are coated evenly. Makes 4 servings.
