Ice Cream Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Preheat oven to 425ยบ.

  • Step 2:

    In a large bowl, combine flour and ice cream until smooth.

  • Step 3:

    Fill paper-lined muffin tins about 3/4 full with batter, and bake 15 - 20 minutes, being careful to not overcook. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
