Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced Georgia peaches, peeling optional
  • 1 cup Georgia blueberries
  • 2 cups peeled and cubed Georgia watermelon
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium Georgia cantaloupe, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pint Georgia strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (The 12-ounce can is more common. If necessary, just use half of it.)

Directions

  • Step 1:

    In a large decorative bowl layer fruit in order listed. Pour thawed orange juice over fruit.

  • Step 2:

    Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve in small decorative bowls. Serves 8-10.
