Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups chopped watermelon
- 12 serrano peppers, halved and seeded
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 green onions, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
Directions

Step 1:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for about 30 – 60 seconds, until well combined.

Step 2:
Pour the mixture into a pot and simmer for 25 minutes over medium-low heat.

Step 3:
Let mixture cool for 15 minutes.

Step 4:
For use with chicken wings, mix 1 cup of this hot sauce and 3 Tbsp melted butter. Toss with freshly cooked wings and enjoy.
