Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups chopped cooked corned beef
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Step 1:
In a skillet, cook onions in oil until tender.

Add the beef and potatoes, and reduce heat to medium. Press ingredients down with a spatula, but do not stir.

Cook until bottom is browned, about 10 minutes.
