Non-Alcoholic Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 2 cups peach juice
  • 2 cups sparkling apple cider
  • Ice
  • Blueberries and fresh mint for garnish

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Place fresh peach slices and peach juice in a blender and puree until very smooth.

  • Step 2:

    Add the sparkling apple cider and pulse once or twice, just to combine. Overmixing will result in the loss of carbonation.

  • Step 3:

    Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice.

  • Step 4:

    Garnish with blueberries and mint leaf. Enjoy!
