Egg Roll Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper

Directions

  • Step 1:

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together all sauce ingredient

  • Step 2:

    Once sugar and salt has dissolved, remove from heat to cool to room temperature
