Marinated Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, ends & strings removed
  • 4 ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes or until crisp tender.

  • Step 2:

    Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate several hours until ready to serve.

  • Step 3:

    Serve cold. Serves 6.
